Registration Dates for 2009-2010 Season

At the Pelham Arena:

• Monday April 6, 2009 • 7:00 - 9:30 p.m.
• Tuesday April 7, 2009 • 7:00 - 9:30 p.m.
• Wednesday April 8, 2009 • 7:00 - 9:30 p.m.

At the Fonthill Legion, 141 Hwy 20:

• Tuesday April 21, 2009 • 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.

Registration Information

• Registration fees have not increased since last season, and for the 2009 - 2010 season are:
  • $500 one child
  • $1,000 - two kids
  • $1,400 - three kids
  • $1,800 - four or more kids
• Post-dated cheques August 1, September 1, October 1 and November 1 are permitted, or all of it dated August 1^st
• All New Registrants must bring a photocopy of their birth certificate to be left with the Association at time of registration
• All New Registrants must bring proof of residency in Pelham (copy of Tax Bill or Utility Bill)
• There will be no late registration offered
• REGISTRATION WILL BE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
• If you are not able to attend at registration dates - please feel free to send someone else to register your child(ren)

Rep and A/E Tryouts

• Tryout Registration will be held at the same time as regular registration
• Fee to try out is $50.00
• A separate post-dated cheque of $100.00 dated October 31/09 for travel fees will be collected upon registration
